At the Time of Booking

Go to the “Apartments” section on our website, enter your desired dates, and browse the available listings for booking. Else you can contact us directly on WhatsApp.
You will have the option to pay at the time of booking through bank transfer, payment link or in cash at the time of check-in. Please note that the security deposit will be collected in cash at the time of check-in.
We will require a copy of your ID (passport) prior to check-in. We will also require a valid email address and a contact number to complete your booking. These requirements are there to ensure a smooth arrival process. Naseem Homes works on a secure online platform and we guarantee any information you share with us will be confidential.
Our cancellation policy is stated at the time of booking. Please review it before confirming your reservation.

The minimum stay is 2 days, but you can always contact us and we will provide you the options upon the availability.

Before Check-In

Yes, we can arrange airport transfers upon prior request.
One day before arrival, you will receive check-in instructions for either self-check-in or a personal meeting with our manager. Check-in time is at 2PM-11PM, and check-out is usually by 11:00 AM, but special arrangements can be made upon request and depending upon availability.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a check-in form via your provided contact details. After submitting the form, you will be notified whether your property requires self check-in or in-person check-in.
  • For self check-in properties, access details will be shared with you immediately.
  • For in-person check-in, a property manager will contact you and personally welcome you upon arrival
  • While filling out the check-in form, please provide your expected arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) times accurately. If you request an early check-in or late check-out, our guest communication team will review the request and inform you of its availability, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
    House rules, including policies on smoking, no pets, and other regulations, are provided in each property’s description.
    All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with kitchen appliances, cookware, premium toiletries, Smart TV, and high-speed internet. Also, all the properties offer access to swimming pools, gyms, and parking.

    At the Time of Check-In

    A member of Naseem Vacation Homes will meet and greet you on arrival; you will receive a key and access card of the apartment at any time as well as access cards for the parking garage and pool/gym. We will also take the opportunity to show you around and answer any questions you might have at the time. At this point, we will also collect the cash deposit and check ID’s and go through the house rules. We encourage all our guests to please let us know roughly what time you expect to arrive in order to avoid any potential delays on our part. You can do this by notifying us via email at WhatsApp on +971 54 375 9517.

    Check-in is 2:00PM – 11:00PM

    If you happen to arrive early, please notify us via WhatsApp, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any early check-ins but we will surely try our best.

    If you would like to check in after 11:00PM, please notify us via WhatsApp +971 54 375 9517. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with “self check-in”. A copy of your passport or EID will need to be submitted in PDF format 24hrs prior to check-in.

    Check-Out

    At the time of check-out, we will ask you to return all access cards that were hand over at check-in. In the event of loss or damage of said access cards the cost of replacement will be deducted from your security deposit. We will also perform a quick check of the property for damages. If there are no damages accounted for your deposit will be returned to you in full.

    Should this be the case, simply notify us ahead of time in order to ensure you follow the check-out procedure according to you situation. Should you fail to follow the appropriate check-out procedure any charges this may incur will be deducted from your security deposit.

    We encourage each and every one of our guests to help us grow and improve as a company by providing us with feedback on your experience. Once you have checked out, we will send you an email with a link where you can complete a survey with a few question followed by comment section at the end. And if you booked through any online platform such as Airbnb or booking.com, then please leave a review there. Thank you.
    As per our Cancellation and Refund Policy in case of no damages the security deposit will be refunded within 7-14 days after the checkout date.

Furthermore, all property owners are required to have liability insurance, ensuring coverage in any unforeseen circumstances.
