  • Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in or no-shows: No refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Naseem Homes

We reserve the right to cancel a booking under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Property maintenance issues rendering the unit uninhabitable.
  • Legal restrictions or government regulations affecting short-term rentals.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability
  • Overbooking due to system errors.

In such cases, we will offer:

  • A full refund, OR
  • Assistance in securing alternative accommodation of a similar standard.
