- Shortening the stay after check-in is considered an early departure (no refund).

- If a guest does not check in on the arrival date and fails to inform us, the booking will be considered a no-show.

- Brings unauthorized guests or pets without prior approval.

- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability
- Overbooking due to system errors.
In such cases, we will offer:
- A full refund, OR
- Assistance in securing alternative accommodation of a similar standard.
